Forty-nine percent of buyers that have children consider a neighborhood based on the quality of the school districts and 43 percent choose a neighborhood by the convenience to schools.
For buyers with children, they purchased larger homes at 2,100 square feet in size with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
